Before completing the application, please READ THIS FIRST! These are the main reasons an application is not accepted!

1. Note:A VATSIM ID IN GOOD STANDING IS REQUIRED FOR UVA MEMBERSHIP EVEN IF YOU ONLY FLY OFF-LINE! Your application will be immediately rejected without one!. Don't have one? Please visit VATSIM to obtain a free VATSIM ID prior to starting the application.

2. All pilots are required to download and read the UVA Employee Manual. There is a link to this manual on the VHQHR - Human Resources page or the VHQCC - Downloads page.

3. STOP - This application is for new pilots only! If you have ever submitted an application or if you have ever held a UVA pilot ID - Do Not Complete this Application! Please send an email to hr@united-virtual.com explaining your circumstance and ask for guidance. Failure to do this will result in your application being immediately rejected without futher consideration.

4. SPAM FILTERS - You will receive an email from HR with details on your application approval/rejection. It is up to YOU to manually clear this email to your inbox. The system will not process an automated challenge/response message from your Anti-SPAM program!

5. A Valid Email Address is a Requirement for Membership!
Pilots will periodically receive notices regarding the status of their Pilot account which may require a reply to prevent them from being permanently deleted from the UVA roster. You are required to maintain a valid email address on your account at all times. Failure to do so will result in your loss of rank, seniority, and all hours flown.
