Script development is still ongoing so we will use modified PIREP procedures for all Saturday Scrambles until it is done. To receive double hour credit for participating in the Saturday Scramble, follow these procedures:- Reserve a flight in the pilot center the way you normally do.
- Fly the flight.
- File a PIREP as normal, but ensure you put "Saturday Scramble" in the comments field of the PIREP. Other comments are fine as well, but ensure "Saturday Scramble" is the first thing you list.
- Email VHQHR (hr@united-virtual.com with your flight number, departure time, arrival time, and total time flown (as displayed by the PIREP script before you approve it).
- VHQHR will credit your account with the additional hours.
